Planned Before They Are Placed
An implant is a titanium root placed into the jaw, and everything that makes it look and feel like a tooth depends on putting it in exactly the right position. That position is decided on a scan, before surgery, around where the tooth needs to end up.
Every cosmetic treatment is planned and carried out by our clinicians with the same care as any clinical procedure — your smile, your goals, our expertise.
Three Ways To Replace Missing Teeth
Whether you need a single tooth implant, same-day teeth, or implant-retained dentures, our expert team can help you regain your smile and confidence with cutting-edge implant treatments.
Single Tooth Implants
A single tooth implant is the ideal solution for replacing a missing tooth, offering a permanent and natural-looking result. The implant acts as an artificial root, securely holding a custom-made crown that blends seamlessly with your natural teeth. This treatment not only restores your smile but also helps preserve the surrounding bone structure, preventing future dental issues.
Key Benefits:
- Natural appearance and function
- Prevents bone loss in the jaw
- Long-lasting, durable solution
- Easy to care for, just like natural teeth
Same Day Teeth - All-on-4 / All-on-6
Same Day Teeth treatments, often referred to as All-on-4 or All-on-6, offer a full-mouth restoration using as few as four or six dental implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth. This revolutionary procedure allows patients to walk out with a complete set of functional and natural-looking teeth in just one day.
Key Benefits:
- Immediate results: leave the clinic with a full set of teeth the same day
- Restores your ability to chew and speak comfortably
- Ideal for patients with significant tooth loss
- Minimally invasive, using fewer implants for maximum support
Implant-Retained Dentures
Implant-retained dentures are a stable and secure alternative to traditional removable dentures. By placing dental implants in the jawbone, dentures are securely anchored, eliminating the risk of slipping or moving. This solution provides greater comfort, improved chewing ability, and a more natural feel compared to conventional dentures.
Key Benefits:
- Secure fit without adhesives
- Improves stability while eating and speaking
- Helps prevent bone loss in the jaw
- Long-lasting and more comfortable than traditional dentures

Our Approach To Implants
An implant is a surgical procedure with a prosthetic on the end of it, and the two halves have to be planned together. We scan first, plan the position digitally around where the tooth needs to sit, and then place it to that plan rather than the other way round.
If the bone or the gums are not ready for it, you will hear that before you have paid for anything.

Your Implant Questions, Answered
Most people are, but it depends on the bone available and the health of the gums. A CBCT scan shows exactly what is there in three dimensions, and that scan rather than a guess decides whether an implant goes straight in, needs grafting first, or is not the right answer at all.
A straightforward single implant is usually placed at one appointment and restored a few months later, once it has integrated with the bone. Same-day teeth work differently: a fixed bridge goes on the same day. The plan sets out the dates before you start.
It is done under local anaesthetic and most people find it easier than the extraction that preceded it. Expect some swelling and soreness for a few days afterwards, controlled with ordinary painkillers.
The implant itself is designed to be permanent; the crown or bridge on top is the part that eventually needs replacing. What actually ends implants early is gum disease around them and smoking, which is why the maintenance appointments matter so much.
It depends on the number of implants and what goes on top of them. You will have the full figure in writing before treatment starts, and 24 months of 0% interest-free credit is available on qualifying treatment.
